• Lead the development and execution of business strategic initiatives and software implementation projects. • Work with Solution Advisors (pre-sales) on building software and advisory services pipeline within the CPG industry vertical • Lead the blueprinting / high-level software implementation design phase of projects at key Life Sciences / Process Manufacturing customers (i.e. business process, key design decisions and enterprise architecture) • Build and present recommendations to customer leadership, ensuring insights are grounded in data and aligned with customer business goals (i.e. Level 1 Demos). • Support team leadership in shaping engagement strategy, deliverable quality, and client communications. • Participate in thought leadership efforts, including market research, internal frameworks, and executive-ready content. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solution rollouts and strategic initiatives. • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and industry insights. • Ensure high quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven industry experience leading business teams within a tier 1 Life Sciences / Process Manufacturing organization, and/or 10+ years of experience in management consulting to CPG industry customers
  • Ability to influence C-Level Executives and proven experience as a ‘trusted advisor’ (e.g. Level 1 Demos)
  • Tech Visionary: Having exposure to usage of AI/ML to solve supply chain problems, is highly desirable
  • Strong process modelling skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives and projects in the Life Sciences / Process Manufacturing industry
