Senior Manager – Infrastructure
Progressive Leasing
• Lead the team responsible for cloud, hybrid infrastructure, networking, and platform services • Own engineering quality, architectural integrity, technical standards, and operational readiness of Infra platforms • Drive initiatives including modernization (EKS, EC2, VPC), Terraform IaC improvements, firewall modernization, DNS, certificates, and identity infrastructure • Manage core environments supporting production, staging, development, and shared services • Ensure secure, scalable, cost-efficient, compliant platforms • Maintain strong execution discipline with clear owners, deadlines, and accountability • Partner with SRE, Ops, Incident Management, InfoSec, and Engineering teams • Grow, mentor, and coach systems engineers; build a culture of accountability and craftsmanship
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in infrastructure engineering; 3+ years in leadership
- Strong AWS proficiency (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, WAF)
- Experience driving large-scale infrastructure execution
- Strong understanding of infra security and compliance (SOC2/SOX)
- Excellent communication and execution discipline
- Preferred AWS certification (Solutions Architect or SysOps)
- Preferred ITIL or service management experience
- Preferred Experience in highly regulated, high-availability environments
- Preferred Terraform / IaC tooling experience
