Job Description: President Property Systems PMS We are seeking an experienced and strategic executive to serve as President – Property Systems (PMS). This role is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and long-term success of the Property Systems PMS businesses. The President will set strategic direction, lead the senior leadership team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional products and services to customers while fostering a strong, values-driven culture for employees. As the President this role will be accountable for business growth, operational excellence, and financial performance, while working closely with the parent organization to align strategy, execution, and results. The President – Property Systems oversees the senior leadership team and works collaboratively across functions to build a cohesive, high-performing organization. This role provides direct leadership to Director-level leaders, including R&D, Cloud Operations, Customer Care and Professional Services, and maintains active engagement with employees and customers at all levels. The President is expected to address complex and difficult topics with professionalism, clarity, and empathy, while continuously developing leaders and reinforcing businesses core values. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the P&L and overall operation and strategy of the Property Systems PMS business. - Manage and continuously improve all aspects of business operations, ensuring quality and consistent delivery of development, support, and professional services. - Identify business growth opportunities through strategic partnerships. - Works with department heads to set the operating and revenue forecasts for each area of the business. - Directs and manages employees and resources to ensure key business targets are met and within budget. - Responsible for quarterly reporting and presentation of business performance to parent company. - Sets goals, provides guidance, mentorship, and support to the members of the senior team and their direct reports. - Work with all teams to effectively and strategically blend the needs and demand of the products and services for existing and future customers. - Embrace Property Systems PMS spry approach of implementing product and services strategy, helping to shape the business as an effective and modern provider of leading solutions for our customers. - Continually look to improve departmental processes and delivery of products and services to streamline communications and improve effectiveness and efficiencies where necessary. - Ensure each member of the company is cared for, communicated with, and has a clear understanding of their role, their opportunity to grow, and their path for improvement within the company. - Perform other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree desired - 15+ years’ work experience in a vertical market software company with demonstrated experience in executive roles over operations of B2B software technology solutions. - Demonstrated understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI), and automation can be applied to vertical market software, customer experience, operations, and internal productivity. - Experience evaluating, sponsoring, or leading AI-enabled initiatives, including customer-facing capabilities, internal tooling, or process automation. - Ability to translate AI concepts into practical business outcomes, balancing innovation, risk, and return on investment. - Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to plan and set priorities that align with the needs of the organization. - Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences. - Ability to learn quickly and problem solve with minimal supervision. - A strong work ethic and capacity to succeed in a fast-paced environment, while meeting assigned deadlines. - Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude and a sense of vision and purpose. - Experience motivating others, with managerial courage and sensitivity. - Demonstrated ability to improve processes or procedures to increase efficiency and/or profitability. - The desire to learn new things and evolve competencies in different areas #LI-RB1 Business Unit: Multi- Systems Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Number of Openings Available: 1 Worker Type: Regular More About Jonas Software: Jonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few. This leader will own the economic framework of our loan programs — from product structuring and contractor pricing to gain-on-sale optimization and capital markets performance — while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, sales, finance, capital markets, and our issuing bank partner.
