Ideally located in Chicago, IL Position Overview We are seeking a Commercial Specification Manager to drive national account growth by building strong relationships with architects, consultants, and corporate clients. This role partners closely with Regional Sales Leaders to execute sales strategy, increase product specifications, and deliver profitable growth across key accounts. What You’ll Do - Develop and manage relationships with national and regional corporate accounts, architects, and consultants - Execute sales strategies in partnership with Regional Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams - Drive specification and adoption of key products across national accounts - Monitor market activity and provide updates on opportunities, trends, and competitive insights - Forecast and track account performance, including revenue and costs - Collaborate with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction - Build relationships with large property owners and key decision-makers What You Bring - 5+ years of roofing or related construction sales experience, preferably supporting national accounts - Proven ability to grow accounts and influence specifications - Strong relationship-building and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions - Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Additional Requirements - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record - Ability to travel up to 50%
