We’re looking for a sharp, execution-driven Billing Manager to own and scale global billing and collections at Topsort. You’ll operate at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring accurate, compliant invoicing across regions while improving systems, reducing errors, and driving cash flow. This role is about bringing structure and scalability to complex operations, resolving billing issues quickly, and enabling strong revenue performance in a fast-growing environment. In this role, you will: - Billing Operations Ownership: Own end-to-end billing processes across multiple entities and regions, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent invoicing aligned with contractual terms. - Collections & Cash Flow Management: Lead the collections process, proactively managing outstanding invoices, reducing DSO, and serving as the primary point of contact for all billing and payment-related client inquiries. - Systems & Process Optimization: Optimize billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sequence) and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and build scalable processes that support company growth. - Compliance & Local Regulations: Ensure all invoicing complies with local tax regulations and fiscal requirements across jurisdictions, balancing standardization with country-specific requirements. - Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies proactively, partnering with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to address disputes efficiently and maintain client trust. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to ensure accurate billing, contract alignment, and smooth revenue operations. - Reporting & Insights: Provide clear visibility into billing performance, collections status, and potential risks, enabling stronger financial decision-making and operational planning. Core Requirements & Experience: - Experience: 2+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting, ideally in multi-entity, multi-country environments. - Billing Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end billing cycles, collections, reconciliation, and revenue operations in complex setups. - Global Exposure: Experience working across US, LATAM (including Brazil), APAC, or EMEA, with solid knowledge of local tax regulations and invoicing requirements. - Systems & Tools: Hands-on experience with billing systems such as NetSuite, Sequence, or similar tools, with a focus on optimization and scalability. - Process Building: Proven ability to build, standardize, and improve billing processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and structured thinking, with the ability to partner effectively with clients, sales teams, and finance leaders. - Detail & Ownership: Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable — you take full ownership and don’t let things fall through the cracks. - Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English, plus Spanish or Portuguese. - Agility & Mindset: Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude and a strong drive to improve systems and processes. - Collaboration: Team-oriented, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a global, remote-friendly, and fast-evolving environment. Bonus Points - Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms, advertising. - Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization. - Fluency in additional languages beyond English. Role Description Reporting to the Director of Payer Operations, the Provider Enrollment Manager plays a critical role in ensuring Access TeleCare’s providers are properly enrolled and contracted with both governmental and commercial payers.
