Position Summary The Senior Business Systems Analyst is an individual contributor on the Business Systems team. This role is the primary owner of Salesforce administration and technical delivery across Resonate's integrated business systems stack, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing. The role operates independently on assigned projects - owning execution from initial planning through testing, deployment, and user training - while partnering with the Director of Business Engineering on priorities and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities - Administer and maintain Salesforce and the broader integrated systems stack, including user management, security, configuration, and integration health monitoring - Design and build complex Salesforce Flows, including multi-step automation, error handling, and cross-object logic - Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, quote templates, and product configuration - Lead assigned projects from technical planning through UAT, deployment, and user training - delivering quality work on time with minimal direction - Engage with internal stakeholders to gather clarifying information and support technical delivery of system changes - Proactively identify production risks, integration issues, and system improvement opportunities, surface findings with a recommended path forward - Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards from scratch to support business intelligence needs across departments - Coordinate stakeholder testing and training for system changes, ensuring users are prepared before changes go live - Follow defined change management and deployment standards, including stakeholder notification and QA completion - Maintain accurate documentation in Confluence, Jira, and Git for all system changes, configurations, and processes - Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across all supported business systems, diagnosing issues independently - Monitor Salesforce org health including capacity limits, security posture, and seasonal release impacts - Administer integrated tools including but not limited to DocuSign, Salesloft, ChurnZero, ZoomInfo, Pardot, and others across the go-to-market tech stack Qualifications & Experience Requirements - 4-6 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including demonstrated ability to manage and support 100+ users - Proven ability to design and build complex Salesforce Flows independently, including multi-step automation, error handling, and cross-object logic - Hands-on CPQ experience including pricing rules, quote templates, and product configuration - Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including building reports and dashboards from scratch - Experience managing Salesforce deployments across sandbox and production environments - Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements and translating them into system solutions - Consistently delivers on commitments - meets deadlines, follows through on action items, and communicates proactively when timelines are at risk - Maintains clear and current project visibility proactively; stakeholders and leadership can rely on Jira and written updates as the source of truth - Professionally engaged in stakeholder interactions - comes prepared, communicates with confidence, and represents the team credibly across all levels of the organization - Comfortable working independently on multiple concurrent projects with defined milestones - Strong communicator - proactive about status updates, blockers, and stakeholder coordination - Detail-oriented with a track record of clean deployments, thorough testing, and complete documentation - Experience in a SaaS organization supporting go-to-market teams - Ability to diagnose technical issues systematically Preferred Qualifications - Experience with: - Salesforce Administrator certification - Apex - experience modifying and deploying existing code - API integration familiarity (REST/SOAP) - Microsoft Fabric - SQL - Data modeling and data governance concepts - Atlassian Jira & Confluence Resonate Attributes At Resonate, we care about more than your experience on paper.
