• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, AI/ML, and Security • Proactively source and engage passive talent using creative, targeted approaches • Build high-quality pipelines of candidates aligned to our bar for talent density • Run structured, high-signal interview processes that assess both technical excellence and cultural contribution • Craft compelling narratives that position our mission, product, and trajectory in a way that resonates with top candidates • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation, and closing strategies • Drive an exceptional candidate experience—clear communication, speed, and professionalism at every touchpoint • Continuously improve recruiting systems and workflows, leveraging data and AI to increase efficiency and quality • Represent the company externally through outreach, networking, and employer brand efforts

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, Product, or Security) in a high-growth or startup environment for tech companies, preferably in security
  • 2+ years experience with a focus on hiring AI/ML roles
  • Proven ability to source and close high-caliber, passive candidates
  • Track record of operating with urgency and ownership in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience using modern recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Recruiter, Github, Juicebox, other sourcing tools
