POSITION SUMMARY: World Relief seeks a dedicated, resourceful, and collaborative Communications Support Officer to join the U.S. Advancement Team. The Communications Support Officer serves as a key member for Regional U.S. Offices helping to strengthen communication efforts, supporting partner stewardship and acquisition through compelling content creation and execution of key deliverables. Working collaboratively with regional staff, the Communications Support Officer helps amplify local impact, enhance engagement, and advance organizational goals through clear, compelling, and mission‑aligned communication. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing Execution & Content - Develop and execute all mass communications through HubSpot across donor segments, acquisition/leads, church partners, and volunteers. - Working closely with the U.S. Advancement Team, provide copywriting, editing, and localization for email appeals, newsletters, automated nurture series, landing pages, and social media posts. - Adapt national email templates and campaign toolkits into office-specific versions that maintain brand alignment while reflecting local relevance. - Maintain and create new subscriber welcome series content and automated nurture workflows for various audience pathways. - In collaboration with each Regional US Office and local Content Developers, post all social media content and manage scheduling across platforms. - Create graphics and media assets in Canva, including touchpoint PDFs for field use based on stories sourced from Content Developers. - In collaboration with local Content Developers, write blog content that supports lead generation, donor engagement, and church partnership goals. - Work with Regional office staff and national content teams to integrate gathered stories into emails, social posts, and lead generation content. Email Strategy, Lead Generation & Performance - Coordinate monthly and campaign-based email sends across assigned offices, including segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, QA, and analytics reporting. - In collaboration with the Development Support Officer, manage end-to-end HubSpot email lifecycle for Regional US offices: planning, segmentation, workflow creation, enrollment, testing, and optimization. - Maintain and optimize lead generation forms, event-based triggers, onboarding workflows, and conversion paths for partner acquisition. - Ensure compliance with email deliverability standards and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and monitor platform health metrics. - Recommend evidence-based improvements informed by industry trends and testing methodologies.
