General Summary: Uses technical, industry, and interpersonal skills to develop, and oversee the execution of, User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans for clinical systems, with a focus on IRT and eCOA (ePRO and eConsent). This may include, but is not limited to, performing reviews of the User Requirements Specification (URS) and UAT deliverables (UAT Plan, UAT Test Cases, UAT Report), following the UAT process, and training testers in UAT execution. The Role: - Tests the components of at least one clinical system from a recognized vendor. - Provides appropriate notifications and feedback on the URS, UAT requirements, UAT deliverables, and results of testing. - Functions as subject matter expert on IRT for clinical teams. - Develops and maintains clinical system UAT standards (SOP and template). - Organizes and creates the administration of training and mentoring for junior levels. - Provides oversight during the execution of UAT by supporting UAT coordination, execution, and error resolution and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborates with sponsor, external vendors, and internal functions to provide feedback in the development of UAT plan. - Organizes all UAT activities on a group or program of studies; ensuring consistency of approach and re-use of test plans and cases between studies where applicable. - Assists in training and mentoring of junior levels. - Participates in company initiatives as directed by functional management. • Work on the deployment and integration of the Cloud Hybrid Edge-to-Enterprise Evaluation Test & Analysis Suite (CHEETAS) at multiple DoD ranges and labs • Deploy CHEETAS within customer environments • Work closely with system administrators and software developers to communicate, document and ultimately resolve deployment issues • Deploy CHEETAS within disparate DoD testing Ranges and acquisition programs environments

• Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute Salesforce.com and Professional Services Automation (PSA) / FinancialForce projects and enhancements • Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: SOX reporting, process definition, requirements gathering and backlog management, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications • Create and maintain project, application and architectural design, and process documents • Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems • Ensure the consistency and quality of data across the company • Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions

• Provide day-to-day configuration and administrative support for supply chain tools. • Guide users through access requests and ticket submission processes and serve as a primary point of contact for escalations. • Act as a liaison between business needs and IT systems, driving efficiency, integration, and user adoption. • Serve as a central point of contact for supply chain operations, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address performance gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities. • Develop a strong understanding of supply chain tools, including but not limited to Oscar, SAP, MTA, Supplier Connect, RFQ, Tungsten, CTSI, and Smartsheet. • Support new supply chain users by guiding them through the access request process. • Set up supply chain requirements for new projects in Oscar. • Maintain and update supply chain user and project information in Oscar, including changes to buyers, sourcing, logistics, and notification contacts. • Partner with the Digital team to identify opportunities to improve and simplify existing tools. • Prepare standard work instructions for key tool functionalities. • Collaborate with Digital, Analytics, and IT teams to enhance data quality, automation, and reporting capabilities. • Serve as a supply chain subject matter expert in business reviews, Kaizen events, and transformation initiatives. • Manage the execution of multiple interdependent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource constraints. • Support change management and stakeholder communications to enable sustainable implementation of improvements.
