RevOps Lead – Automation

LocalStack

• Build and lead a high-impact RevOps function across SalesOps, MarketingOps, and Business Analysis, creating clarity, leverage, and measurable business impact • Establish a scalable GTM operating model and cadence in close partnership with the Founders, GTM Leadership, and Operations • Create a clean, integrated, and scalable GTM systems landscape that supports efficient execution across the revenue lifecycle • Turn data into actionable insight on funnel performance, forecast accuracy, retention, and growth to improve decision-making across the business • Increase consistency and rigor in commercial policy, pricing governance, and deal processes • Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and Finance around shared metrics, processes, and execution standards

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS or infrastructure software environment
  • Strong track record in a high-growth company, ideally VC-backed Series B–D and/or PE-backed
  • Proven ability to operate successfully in a builder environment, balancing immediate business needs with longer-term infrastructure and process design
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across senior leadership, highly technical teams, and quota-carrying commercial teams
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot or a similar CRM, including workflow architecture, custom objects, process design, and systems integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to improve GTM processes, systems, governance, and operating cadence in a scaling environment
