• Help individuals develop achievable and measurable goals to monitor success and motivate behavioral change. • Provide on-platform behavioral health care to children and youth accessing the service. • Provide structured Wellness Coaching: Prevention, wellness promotion and psychoeducation through structured coaching sessions. • Care coordination & case management. • Offering Behavioral Health/ Wellness Coaching interventions. • Develop individualized care plans to effectively goal set and action plan for positive behavioral change. • Risk assessment and mitigation. • Optimize positive mental health by addressing determinants of positive mental health. • Minimize mental health problems by addressing determinants of mental health problems. • Work with users to determine their problem areas, identify obstacles, and create a plan to achieve their wellness goals. • Single Session Wellness Coaching: Care coordination & case management. • To effectively goal set and action plan for positive behavioral change, based on individual needs. • Prevention, wellness promotion and psychoeducation through drop-in, single-session coaching. • Screening and Assessment: Mental Health & wellness screening, assessment and progress monitoring. • Identify individual users who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing social, emotional, and/or behavioral difficulties. • Identify and support a person in crisis and know when to facilitate referrals. • Moderation of submitted content: Moderation of service user submitted content following policy and procedures. • Warm handoffs: Communicate with users other healthcare providers as appropriate in order to provide a seamless care experience. • Attend supervision, training, meetings: Attend and effectively contribute to clinical supervision. Commit to our mandatory in-house training and continuing professional development opportunities. Attend and effectively contribute to both performance management and team meetings. • Administration: Maintain accurate records in line with Kooth’s policies and procedures, and approved systems and processes. Liaise with other professionals around safeguarding issues and concerns. Support operational aspects of Kooth to ensure consistent, reliable, and repeatable experiences.
Job Requirements
- What You’ll Bring:
- National Certified Peer Specialist
- Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist
- 6 months experience working in or volunteer experience providing peer to peer support services
- Current state certification with a minimum training requirement of 40 hours
- Permanently reside within the US 48 contiguous states
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Job Summary: The position will oversee the completion of requirements analysis, design, development, test review, and implementation of assigned tasks. Interacting, and working directly with users, peers, other technical staff, Agency management and other staff to fulfill data intelligence and reporting needs; to translate those data reporting needs and questions into technical specifications. This individual oversees the production of reports or views of the data based on the outlined and confirmed specifications. The Healthcare Reporting Supervisor may also be asked to respond to requests for entities external to the Agency and oversee and train other report developers.
