The Role: We’re looking for motivated Consignment Agents to join our team. You’ll be calling, texting, and emailing vehicle owners from a pre-qualified list, explaining our service, and getting them to consign their vehicles with us. This includes cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. This role is ideal if you’re confident on the phone, persuasive, and driven by results. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to qualified leads - Follow a simple script to explain our consignment service - Build rapport and handle basic objections - Explain our value (no upfront fees, strong marketing exposure) - Log communication and track customer interest - Convert leads into consigned vehicles

Job Description The Senior Deal Desk Specialist governs complex, high-value, and non-standard sales opportunities to ensure they are complete, compliant, and ready to progress through the sales lifecycle. You will be the primary point of coordination between Sales and partners during deal formation, managing approvals, dependencies, and timelines. In addition to deal execution, the Senior Deal Desk Specialist identifies opportunities to improve deal governance, reduce friction, and promote scale through process improvement and automation. Responsibilities - Conduct intake of complex sales opportunities to ensure completeness and readiness for review - Collect, review, and validate supporting artifacts, including related agreements, previously approved pricing, and prior compliance or vetting reviews - Manage collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Contracts/Legal, Pricing, Compliance, Vetting, and Billing - Act as the primary liaison between Sales and internal partners during deal structuring and approval - Support Sales with follow-up items required to advance opportunities through approval workflows - Track deal progress and dependencies, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines and SLAs - Ensure all required approvals are secured, documented, and properly recorded before opportunities progress through sales stages and execution - Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and quality gaps in deal execution. Recommend process improvements and opportunities for automation - You will report to Experian's Senior Sales Operations Manager Qualifications - 7+ years experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and/or deal governance. - High judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguity. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). - Experience identifying and driving process improvement projects.
