Reporting directly to the IT Operations Manager, the Microsoft Solutions Engineer will support all business areas with the objective of maximizing effective communications and business processes using Microsoft applications. This candidate will be responsible for technology initiatives, technically build, administer, and support Microsoft applications, workflow tools, team sites and all related technologies. Responsibilities: - Design and implement Microsoft-based solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing Microsoft applications including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Engage, Forms, Lists, Loop, Office, Purview, and Admin. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance. - Create detailed solution architectures including diagrams, documentation, and time estimates. - Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of implemented solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and incorporate them into solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. - Train, troubleshoot and provide user support for all users of SharePoint. - Regular review, cleanup, management and configuration of SharePoint content and sites. - Maintain operational documentation detailing technical environment, configuration and support processes. - Monitor SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth). - Other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For: The Ideal candidate will have or be able to complete the below qualifications. Education: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other relevant discipline. - 5+ years of experience in SharePoint administration, installation, migration, implementation, topology, and server configuration. - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification. Qualifications: - Extensive experience with SharePoint online includes standard features such as workflows, lists and libraries, document management and web parts. - Experience with automated workflow tools, such as Power Automate, and RPA tools, such as Nintex. - Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, XML, HTML and CSS and Visual Studio. - Proficient in the following applications: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Info Path and SharePoint Designer. - Proficiency in PowerShell – specifically around SharePoint. - Some knowledge of ERP or other major software systems and integration. - General understanding of networking, IIS, Active Directory, DNS & Window Services. - Strong experience using Identity & Authentication in SharePoint. - Propensity for automation & process improvement. - Self-motivated learner with ability to quickly become an expert. - Aptitude for technology. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities. - Must be flexible to change project assignments, requirements, deadlines, and projects. - Possess solid logic, writing and language skills. Role Description Hennepin Health (HH) is seeking a System Analytics Supervisor to join their team. This position will act as a liaison between healthcare business areas, Information Technology (IT) technical team, vendors, and trading partners, as well as serve as backup for external EDI, enrollment, COB, TPL, and Subro related committees and workgroups.
