• Focus on developing products and features that optimize how brands engage with consumers through our batch and API-based cloud solutions across both production platforms • Lead the creation of new products and features to grow, strengthen, and enhance TU’s industry-leading identity-based solutions • Drive product execution across the PDLC—from gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and building business cases to developing product requirements and managing backlogs • Create artifacts that support the product development process, including lean canvases, PRDs/MRDs, user stories, test scenarios, user documentation, and more • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and UX to drive product development • Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with product vision and customer expectations • Support testing and quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test results • Prepare user documentation and other materials to enable successful product adoption • Follow the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and present deliverables at required stage gates to ensure alignment and approvals

• Own and manage intake into the product backlog, including ongoing grooming and prioritization aligned to business and customer needs • Partner with Product Managers to understand the ‘Why’ to enable you to own the ‘What’ and ‘How’ in detailed user stories • Research, define, and design requirements and scope through epics, user stories, and diagrams • Facilitate iteration planning and refinement sessions to ensure the team has clear, actionable, and organized work • Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, enabling efficient and timely delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and execute against the roadmap • Develop a strong understanding of the industry, product domain, and user personas to guide prioritization • Validate functionality and workflows to ensure we’re solving the right problems for our customers

Requisition Job Description Position Summary The Adjudication Associate (Omnicare) is responsible for the preparation and submission of claims for accounts to ensure timely reimbursements. This person will communicate with the nursing facility staff, physician offices, and insurance companies to maintain payment deliverables for online claim submissions. Responsibilities: - Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Adjudication Omnicare function under general supervision. - Develops effective relationships with all team members to ensure daily communication to resolve issues and prevent delays in service. - Conducts review and research of rejected claims and takes action for resolution. - Handles work backlog of denied claims for timely resubmission. - Ensures compliance with all government and regulatory requirements. - Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Required Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in customer service. - Basic proficiency with desktop software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. - Must be able to work overnight (9pm-5:30am EST), as well as be willing to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule. Preferred Qualifications - Pharmacy technician certification. - Experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations. - Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $34.15 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
