Product Owner - Logistics Software (d/f/m)

4flow

4flow software develops a range of global standard software products for logistics and transportation planning that can be applied across all industries. The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization. In addition, planning results can be combined with transportation processing and accounting for integrated transportation management. Here, you will work at the intersection of logistics, technology, and compliance, driving product discovery and delivery What your new challenge will look like As a Product Owner at 4flow, your responsibilities will include: - Taking on the role as interface between our external partners and internal stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Key Account Management, Product Management or Software Development) - Engaging closely with our customers to understand their software needs and translate them into concrete product requirements. You will own feature definition, prioritization and rollout, coordinating internal and external stakeholders - Controlling and optimizing product costs, reporting to stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals - Develop a deep understanding of the 4flow software system landscape and its underlying logistics processes - Exchanging knowledge about practices and solutions with other Product Owners from different development teams - Taking part in cross-divisional meetings at 4flow software to align on goals, roadmaps and concepts - Supporting sales and presales activities Why you belong at 4flow - You completed your studies in (business) informatics, engineering or an equivalent field of study (MINT). - You already gained experience as a Product Owner or in the area of partner management. - You have an understanding of product ownership, great problem-solving- and analytical skills and high customer orientation. - You are very proficient in English for communication with our international colleagues. - You have an agile mindset, strong sense of ownership and responsibilities as well as a solution-providing focus. - Beneficial but not required: German language skills, Knowledge or experience in Logistics What we offer - Remote work from anywhere in Germany and up to 90 days per year within the EU. - Flexible working hours (great for parents and night owls alike). - Option for additional unpaid vacation (to fit your life). - Possibility of sabbatical. - Time and budget for training and development. - Flexible mobility Budget and subsidized Urban Sports Club membership. - Permanent contract (we know you’re a keeper). - Mental health coaching through our employee assistance program (your mental health is important to us) Ready for 4flow? Requisition Job Description Position Summary The Adjudication Associate (Omnicare) is responsible for the preparation and submission of claims for accounts to ensure timely reimbursements. This person will communicate with the nursing facility staff, physician offices, and insurance companies to maintain payment deliverables for online claim submissions. Responsibilities: - Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Adjudication Omnicare function under general supervision. - Develops effective relationships with all team members to ensure daily communication to resolve issues and prevent delays in service. - Conducts review and research of rejected claims and takes action for resolution. - Handles work backlog of denied claims for timely resubmission. - Ensures compliance with all government and regulatory requirements. - Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Required Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in customer service. - Basic proficiency with desktop software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. - Must be able to work overnight (9pm-5:30am EST), as well as be willing to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
