Ce poste est central dans l’administration du cycle des ventes, la communication avec les clients, le traitement de certaines tâches comptables ainsi que le bon fonctionnement des processus internes. CYCLE DES VENTES ET FACTURATION Vous contribuez à la fluidité du cycle de ventes en assurant la gestion administrative des transactions, des communications clients et des suivis liés à la facturation, principalement pour PrevTech, mais aussi pour Agrivolt, une filiale : - Créer, valider et envoyer les factures aux clients à partir du système Salesforce (PrevTech) et Sage (Agrivolt); - Effectuer les suivis nécessaires auprès des clients concernant la facturation, les documents ou les informations requises; - Préparer et envoyer les contrats clients via DocuSign, puis assurer le suivi des signatures et les relances au besoin; - Contribuer à l’envoi des certificats d’installation et des communications liées à l’activation des services; - Maintenir à jour les dossiers clients dans le CRM et effectuer les ajustements requis. CYCLE DES ACHATS ET SOUTIEN ADMINISTRATIF COMPTABLE Vous soutenez les opérations financières courantes en assurant la gestion administrative des achats, des dépenses et de certaines activités comptables : - Saisir les factures fournisseurs et les dépenses dans les systèmes; - Effectuer la conciliation des cartes de crédit; - Apporter un soutien lors des fins de mois; - Participer aux activités administratives dans Salesforce et dans Sage; - Contribuer à la saisie et à la gestion de données administratives liées aux opérations. SERVICE CLIENT ET GESTION DES COMMUNICATIONS Vous contribuez à une expérience client professionnelle et efficace en assurant la gestion des communications administratives et le traitement des demandes entrantes : - Répondre aux appels entrants de nature administrative et rediriger les demandes vers les bonnes ressources; - Traiter les demandes liées aux certificats d’installation, aux factures ou aux informations générales; - Offrir un service courtois, professionnel et orienté vers la résolution; - Gérer les boîtes courriel générales et assurer le suivi des demandes reçues; - Agir comme point de contact administratif pour différentes requêtes internes et externes. SOUTIEN ADMINISTRATIF ET ORGANISATIONNEL Vous contribuez à la structure et à l’efficacité des opérations en assurant un soutien administratif transversal et en participant à l’amélioration des pratiques internes : - Préparer différents rapports administratifs, notamment pour des membres de l’équipe interne; - Participer à l’organisation, au classement et à la structuration des documents dans Google Drive et Salesforce; - Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus administratifs; - Effectuer diverses tâches administratives connexes selon les besoins de l’équipe; - Traiter le courrier et les dépôts, lorsque applicable.
