Position Purpose: The Project Manager II is an enterprise-level team member supporting health plans and markets with planning, monitoring, and overseeing the Request for Proposal project life cycle by utilizing cross-functional teams to deliver on defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives. Provides accurate, timely, and innovative contributions to RFPs (Request for Proposals) particularly in the Quality domain. - Manage the full Request for Proposal (RFP) project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans, schedules, obtaining and managing resources, and facilitating project execution, deployment, and closure. - Conduct market analysis and review performance data to evaluate new opportunities aligned to organization strategies and operations. - Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects. - Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures. - Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans. - Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders. - Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. - Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives. - Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas. - Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation. - Create and communicate project milestone documents, dashboards, and departmental success metrics. Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of project management experience. - Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments. - Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications. - Healthcare experience preferred. - Knowledge of HEDIS, CAHPS, NCQA accreditation highly preferred. License/Certification: PMP or CAPM certification preferred. • As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals, timeline, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project’s life cycle. • Lead commercialization and launch readiness project plans for key GTM initiatives. • Manage a portfolio of GTM initiatives, in close partnership with business leaders. • Drive cross functional collaboration and accountability to ensure success of all assigned initiatives. • Utilize PMO tools and methodologies to track, monitor, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks. • Direct and manage project timelines from beginning to end. • Coordinate all activities within the project team to ensure that project tasks are completed on time, including but not limited to scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings, communicating status updates, delivering weekly status reports, communicating with stakeholders, assuring launch success. • Facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches. • Successfully prioritize and execute tasks. • Work closely with product owners and product management to provide visibility into feature readiness. • Report project status information to all key stakeholders on a regular basis. • Maintain required project documentation, per PMO processes. • Partner with the business to drive value realization. • Help create best practices and new ways to deliver results to drive continuous improvement in the PMO function.

• Coordinate and execute digital experiences such as organic audits, deep dives, enhancements, UX template and component creation and optimization, and web testing initiatives • Supports Project Managers and Project Director with planning and execution tasks for larger, more complex digital initiatives as needed • Manage day-to-day project activities across SEO, UX design and content strategy teams • Track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and approvals in Workfront to maintain visibility and accountability • Communicate clear project status updates, deadlines, and actionable next steps to stakeholders • Identify project risks, blockers, and scope creep early and escalate as appropriate • Monitor project-level capacity and sequencing risks • Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders

• Own the full project lifecycle—planning schedules, coordinating teams, and ensuring jobsite readiness for smooth installation • Lead communication across customers, vendors, and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed • Manage materials, logistics, and change orders while maintaining control of project budgets and financial health • Oversee project execution onsite when needed, including kickoff, testing, and final customer acceptance
