Role Description - Encadrer le service de l'Aménagement durable des territoires en collaboration avec une adjointe et une assistante. - Assurer le portage des politiques publiques de l'État dans les domaines de l'urbanisme et de l'aménagement. - Veiller à l'effectivité de l'association de l'État dans l'élaboration des documents d'urbanisme (PLUi et SCoT) et défendre la lutte contre l'artificialisation des sols. - Positionner la DDTM aux côtés des collectivités territoriales comme référent et partenaire pour la conception de projets de territoires. - Coordonner l'accompagnement des projets d'aménagements par les délégations territoriales. - Engager des études territoriales en mobilisant les crédits et l'expertise des opérateurs de l'État. - Instruire les autorisations du droit des sols pour les communes soumises au règlement national d'urbanisme. - Piloter la police de l'urbanisme sur le département. Qualifications - Maîtrise des procédures en matière d'urbanisme et de planification territoriale. - Expertise juridique en droit de l'urbanisme et de l'environnement. - Connaissance approfondie des enjeux environnementaux et des pratiques d'aménagement durable. - Capacité à encadrer, motiver et coordonner une équipe pluridisciplinaire, en favorisant la collaboration et le développement des compétences. - Travail en équipe et gestion de projets, aptitude à la communication et à la diplomatie. - Gestion des relations avec les partenaires. - Capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et d'argumentation. - Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles. - Autonomie et rigueur.
