• Interacting with clients to determine solution specifications, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and expectations • Providing two-way communication between the customer and the extended project team, ensuring alignment and effective information flow • Providing consulting on credit decisioning, acting as a subject matter expert in software development processes and related solutions • Interpreting and adapting information, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into actionable insights • Working with customers on both functional and technical aspects of project delivery and support, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing system performance.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant, ensuring hands-on involvement in functional analysis and solution delivery
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities, ensuring ability to work within domain-specific systems and processes
  • Experience with meter-to-cash processes, enabling understanding of end-to-end utility business flows
  • Experience with billing payments credits and collections, ensuring knowledge of key financial and operational processes
  • Experience with customer information and rate schedules, enabling proper system configuration and data handling
  • Experience with business requirements workshops and functional design, ensuring structured requirement gathering and solution definition
  • Experience with UAT process mapping and stakeholder management, enabling effective validation and collaboration across teams
  • Experience with translating business needs into system changes, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation of requirements.
