Sales Development Representative

• You identify and contact high-level decision-makers (CEOs/managing directors, heads of project development, asset managers) at our top target accounts. • You qualify inbound leads and generate new opportunities for our Account Executives through creative outbound (cold calls, email, social selling, LinkedIn). • You conduct initial qualification conversations, understand customers' pain points (lengthy due diligence, missing data) and pitch the value of syte.

Job Requirements

  • Hunter mentality: You are not afraid to pick up the phone. A "no" is not a setback for you but a motivator.
  • Strong communication skills: Native-level German (C2) and business-fluent English.
  • Ideally 6–12 months of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Career changers with the right drive are also welcome.
  • Interest in tech & real estate: You don't need to be a real estate expert, but you should be willing to learn how our AI is transforming the industry.
  • Willingness to learn: You are coachable, open to feedback, and committed to personal growth.
