What are we looking for: An enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Nordic region to become a vital part of our growing team. Experience: Entry to Mid-Level Availability: Full-time Job Function: Sales Development Representative Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 EUR base + generous commission structure Location: Remote (can be hybrid if you're based in Vienna) Your Responsibilities: - You identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media. - You qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for our sales team – focusing on companies in the financial services sector. - You conduct targeted research on potential clients, especially in the areas of tax advisory, auditing, accounting, and banking. - You carefully maintain our CRM database with all relevant lead and prospect information. - You track your own KPIs and actively contribute to achieving team goals.

Job Requirements

  • What you need:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Interest in financial services and familiarity with SaaS solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset – able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
