Senior Business Intelligence Engineer – Commission, Heap Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end commission analytics supporting sales incentive plans, payouts, and performance tracking. • Build and validate complex commission logic, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness. • Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to support compensation plan design, forecasting, and trend analysis. • Create scalable dashboards and self-service reporting that provide visibility into quota attainment, earnings, and sales performance. • Own and optimize Heap instrumentation, ensuring accurate event tracking and data governance. • Translate digital engagement data into actionable insights across patient, provider, and payer journeys. • Develop funnels, behavioral cohorts, and retention analyses to inform product and business decisions. • Develop and maintain data models, ETLs, and semantic layers supporting commission and product analytics. • Optimize performance and reliability of BI systems and dashboards. • Mentor junior BI engineers and analysts. • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering
- Expertise in SQL and relational data modeling
- Hands-on experience with commission systems (custom or vendor-based)
- Experience using Heap or similar digital analytics platforms
- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and audit controls
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a regulated environment.

Role Description Vous souhaitez mettre vos compétences et votre expertise au service de la prévention des risques et des nuisances liées aux installations classées pour la protection de l'environnement (ICPE) ? Ce poste qui conjugue les fonctions d'adjoint-e de l'unité bi-départementale (UbD) 24-47, responsable du site de Périgueux et de chef-e de la cellule carrière - déchets est le maillon essentiel de pilotage et d'organisation des activités de l'UbD en Dordogne. - Accompagner le chef de l'UbD dans le suivi de 512 ICPE soumises à autorisation ou enregistrement, dont 33 IED, 8 SSH et 8 SSB. - Représenter le chef d'unité en Dordogne et assurer le pilotage de l'activité. - Jouer un rôle d'interface et de coordination auprès de l'autorité préfectorale, des services de l'État, des collectivités, des entreprises, des associations ainsi qu'au sein d'instances départementales. - Participer au dispositif d'astreintes. - Animer et coordonner l'activité de la cellule carrières-déchets avec l'appui d'un agent de catégorie A. - Apporter un soutien technique régulier aux inspecteurs. - Intervenir en premier niveau sur les dossiers à enjeux. - Veiller à la cohérence et à la qualité des positions prises par le service. - Assurer un rôle d'interface et de coordination stratégique avec le Service Environnement Industriel de la DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine. We are on the hunt for a Power BI/ Fabric Report writer for an initial 3-month contract. You must be in NZ and have resided here for 5 years+ to be considered for the role (to enable government security clearance).
