Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in BI development and Support Projects
  • Strong experience in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report/dashboard creation
  • Proficiency in MS SQL for complex queries
  • Experience with Azure Data Engineering tools
  • Automation experience with Azure Power Platforms
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
  • Good understanding of SAP Functional Modules Flow

Ce poste qui conjugue les fonctions d'adjoint-e de l'unité bi-départementale (UbD) 24-47, responsable du site de Périgueux et de chef-e de la cellule carrière - déchets est le maillon essentiel de pilotage et d'organisation des activités de l'UbD en Dordogne. - Accompagner le chef de l'UbD dans le suivi de 512 ICPE soumises à autorisation ou enregistrement, dont 33 IED, 8 SSH et 8 SSB. - Représenter le chef d'unité en Dordogne et assurer le pilotage de l'activité. - Jouer un rôle d'interface et de coordination auprès de l'autorité préfectorale, des services de l'État, des collectivités, des entreprises, des associations ainsi qu'au sein d'instances départementales. - Participer au dispositif d'astreintes. - Animer et coordonner l'activité de la cellule carrières-déchets avec l'appui d'un agent de catégorie A. - Apporter un soutien technique régulier aux inspecteurs. - Intervenir en premier niveau sur les dossiers à enjeux. - Veiller à la cohérence et à la qualité des positions prises par le service. - Assurer un rôle d'interface et de coordination stratégique avec le Service Environnement Industriel de la DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust BI solutions native to the Epic reporting suite as well other enterprise data platforms. BIDs design and create analytics solutions based on an in-depth knowledge of Epic operational system usage and requires a deep understanding of system build, end user workflows, and patterns of use.
