Job Description About this Job NIQ is building a Center of Revenue Enablement to strengthen commercial launch execution, accelerate go‑to‑market effectiveness, and scale best‑practice selling globally. The Senior Manager, GTM Enablement owns the enablement operating model that ensures NIQ’s most important go‑to‑market initiatives are launched with clarity, discipline, and launch execution readiness. This role is responsible for connecting strategy to seller action—ensuring that GTM priorities are translated into clear standards, artifacts, and enablement support that improve launch effectiveness, forecast confidence, and commercial outcomes. This is not a training role; it is a senior commercial execution role focused on enablement as a control system for GTM delivery. The role is highly cross‑functional, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Enablement, and Regional stakeholders to ensure GTM initiatives are enabled, adopted, and reinforced consistently across markets. This role focuses on ensuring GTM initiatives are launched with clarity and execution readiness; ongoing in‑market activation will be supported in an ongoing basis. Responsibilities GTM Enablement Strategy & Operating Model - Own and evolve NIQ’s GTM Enablement operating model across priority and core initiatives - Define enablement standards, readiness criteria, and governance for GTM launches - Ensure GTM enablement aligns with NIQ’s Commercial Academy, content standards, and enablement platforms GTM Launch Execution & Enablement - Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement leaders to support end‑to‑end GTM planning and launch execution - Facilitate design and delivery of structured enablement plans for priority launches, including messaging, artifacts, and seller guidance - Ensure sellers and managers are equipped with execution‑ready tools, not just information Cross‑Functional Leadership & Governance - Act as a senior enablement partner to GTM and commercial leadership - Establish post‑launch feedback loops, execution reviews, and optimization cycles - Drive alignment across functions to reduce fragmentation and improve speed‑to‑impact - Partner closely with Lead Generation & Activation to ensure GTM initiatives transition smoothly from launch readiness into sustained in‑market execution. Measurement & Continuous Improvement - Monitor GTM launch execution effectiveness and enablement adoption - Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve launch quality and consistency - Use insights to refine enablement approaches and inform future GTM initiatives Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 8–10+ years experience in sales enablement, go‑to‑market execution, commercial operations, or related roles - Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions and commercial execution dynamics - Proven ability to operate cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders - Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution discipline - Excellent communication skills and executive presence - Experience working in a global, matrixed environment Additional Information This role has a market‑competitive salary aligned to level, experience, and location. Actual compensation will vary depending on qualifications, skills, and geography. This role may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus.
