• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de prospección (especialmente llamadas en frío) para generar leads cualificados y alcanzar objetivos semanales de reuniones. • Analizar el mercado y monitorear la competencia para detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. • Realizar el primer contacto con clínicas veterinarias, comprender sus necesidades y presentar nuestras soluciones de forma adaptada y persuasiva. • Gestionar las primeras fases del proceso comercial, sentando las bases para relaciones duraderas. • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producto, tecnología y atención al cliente para garantizar una incorporación fluida de los nuevos clientes. • Acompañar y mentorizar a miembros más junior del equipo comercial, promoviendo una cultura de aprendizaje continuo.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia demostrada en prospección telefónica B2B y generación de oportunidades, con resultados cuantificables.
- Experiencia previa en el sector veterinario o animal (comercial, desarrollo de negocio, asistencia técnica…).
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, capacidad de escucha activa y persuasión.
- Dominio de las etapas iniciales del ciclo comercial y capacidad para desarrollar cuentas a largo plazo.
- Buen manejo de herramientas CRM (Hubspot o similares).
- Persona autónoma, organizada y con espíritu emprendedor.
- Nivel de inglés profesional (oral y escrito), ya que trabajarás en un entorno internacional.

Team Overview The Senior Manager, Network Enablement is responsible for executing the operational and cross-functional aspects of b.well's national interoperability network strategy. This high-impact role translates network strategy, governance, and agreements into repeatable, scalable onboarding and operational outcomes, enabling the AVP of Network Management to focus on strategy, partnerships, and policy while ensuring flawless execution. You will serve as the primary operational liaison across Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Strategy, Consumer Engagement, and Client Success—reducing the network-related burden on Product Managers and establishing the operational foundation that supports future network growth. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
