Estamos en búsqueda de: Desarrollador/a COBOL Mainframe Principales responsabilidades: • Analizar, modificar y probar componentes COBOL para reemplazar funcionalidades basadas en IDMS, asegurando la correcta migración hacia Db2 en z/OS. • Ajustar y optimizar código COBOL con SQL/Db2 (cursors, commits, locks, precompilación) y acceso a tablas Db2. • Diseñar, ejecutar y documentar pruebas unitarias e integradas; colaborar en la resolución de defectos y acciones de hardening. • Participar en el plan de corte: pruebas finales, sincronización incremental, control de errores, y ejecución de rollback si fuera necesario. • Preparar y mantener JCLs, jobs batch y artefactos de despliegue; colaborar con equipos globales de Legacy Transformation bajo prácticas ágiles. • Documentar cambios técnicos y funcionales, promoviendo buenas prácticas de calidad y observabilidad en mainframe. Requerimientos: Excluyentes: • 3+ años de experiencia reciente en desarrollo COBOL sobre mainframe (z/OS). • Experiencia práctica con Db2 para z/OS (SQL embebido, precompiladores, DCLGEN, control de transacciones). • Conocimientos sólidos de JCL, TSO/ISPF y uso de librerías PDS/PDSE. • Experiencia verificable en migraciones desde IDMS u otros modelos de datos legacy a Db2, incluyendo ajuste de estructuras y lógica de acceso. • Experiencia en pruebas unitarias e integrales en entornos mainframe y gestión de incidencias en ciclo de vida. • Español avanzado; inglés intermedio (colaboración con equipo global). Deseables: • Conocimiento de CICS, control de concurrencia y performance tuning en Db2 (índices, explain, bind options). • Experiencia con herramientas de cambio/versionado en mainframe (por ejemplo, Endevor, ChangeMan) y schedulers (Control-M u otros). • Experiencia en proyectos de modernización mainframe y planes de cutover/rollback en producción. • Conocimientos del dominio Seguros (deseable experiencia previa con MAPFRE u otras aseguradoras). • Certificaciones IBM (Db2, z/OS) o formación equivalente; nociones de integración con APIs/ETL.
