Industrial Engineering Lead
Guidehouse
• Guidehouse is seeking an Industrial Engineering Lead who will lead the delivery of modeling and simulation solutions • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and operational excellence • Develop an implementation plan to close process gaps for various manufacturing processes • Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver tools and strategies for optimizing industrial processes
Job Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- FIVE (5) years of experience related to Industrial Engineering or general engineering discipline
- Experience with value stream mapping of manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with analysis of current and future state of industrial manufacturing processes and developing plan for closing gaps
- Knowledge of discrete event simulation and supporting software (Simio, Arena, FlexSim, etc.)
