Public Relations & Content Manager

We're looking for an exceptional communicator and storyteller who can grow CGA's profile through compelling content and strategic media relationships. You'll be the voice behind our brand, crafting narratives that resonate with prospective families and position CGA as the leading choice in online education. What are the main responsibilities for this role? Storytelling and PR - Write thought leadership pieces, press releases, op-eds, and feature pitches for target publications. - Develop and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across all channels. - Build and manage relationships with journalists, podcasters, and industry influencers. - Identify and respond to timely media opportunities, positioning CGA leadership as experts in online education. Content Creation - Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, case studies, landing page copy, and social media content. - Manage a content calendar aligned with enrolment cycles, product launches, and key school moments. - Work with the academic and student experience teams to surface student success stories and testimonials. Brand and Communications - Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all written communications. - Support internal communications including parent newsletters and community updates. - Collaborate with the wider marketing team to keep messaging aligned across all channels. You just might be the person we're looking for if you have: - Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio spanning PR, long-form, and digital copy. - Experience securing earned media coverage in reputable publications. - A strong understanding of how to tailor messaging for different audiences (parents, students, media, partners). - Experience in education, EdTech, or a mission-driven organisation (desirable but not essential). - The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. - A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for education and student outcomes.
