• Be a strategic partner to the Director of Product Marketing & Developer Relations on content strategy — define what we create, for whom, in what format, and why. • Own the content calendar and editorial process, coordinating across the Product Marketing & Developer Relations team and the wider marketing organization. • Provide strategic direction to the technical content writers on the team, ensuring output aligns with business goals and product positioning. • Expand beyond blog posts and guides into new formats — ebooks, infographics, social series, video, hands-on labs, and sales enablement content. • Own and scale our YouTube and video content strategy, turning our channel into a go-to resource for the observability and cloud-native community. • Track and report on content performance — organic traffic, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline influence. Use data to iterate on what works.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, with a focus on technical audiences.
  • Experience leading content strategy across multiple formats — not just blog posts, but video, ebooks, infographics, enablement materials, or interactive content.
  • Experience with video content and YouTube growth strategy for a technical audience.
  • A builder mentality — you prefer creating the playbook to following one.
  • Experience providing editorial direction to writers or content creators, shaping output without being the sole producer.
  • Enough technical intuition to work with complex topics and guide technical content writers, even if you're not the deepest technical voice in the room.
  • Data-informed approach — you track how content impacts the revenue lifecycle and iterate based on what the data shows.

We’re seeking a Content Designer, Consumer Optimization (AI & SEO) to execute and optimize consumer-facing content across NYL.com and related digital channels. This role translates strategy into high-performing, well-structured content that improves discoverability, usability, and engagement. This includes supporting and optimizing core product/solution pages, FAQ content, educational content, and campaign landing experiences to ensure content is intuitive and discoverable for both users and search. You’ll partner closely with the Content Strategist, AI & Consumer Experiences, along with Marketing, Design, Product, Analytics, and Compliance teams to modernize and continuously improve consumer digital content. Key Responsibilities: Performance-Driven Content Execution - Write and refine consumer-facing content across NYL.com and related digital properties, including product/solution pages, educational content, FAQ libraries, and campaign landing experiences. - Translate search and AI strategy into optimized, structured page updates. - Improve clarity, scannability, and usability of high-traffic and conversion-focused pages. - Enhance metadata, internal linking, and page structure to support discoverability and performance. Role Description Au sein du service, vous intégrerez l'unité agrément et évaluation des formations maritimes (UAEFM), en relation avec des agents expérimentés. Vous serez en relation quotidienne avec les centres de formation. Vous aurez pour mission de : - gérer le suivi des sessions de formation et, particulièrement, valider les planifications de sessions et les inscriptions des candidats, proposées par les centres via une plate-forme informatique ; - préparer l'organisation des jurys d'évaluation des formations continues ; - participer au suivi administratif de la gestion des examens de formation initiale (CAP, bac pro...), dont l'instruction et la rédaction des aménagements d'épreuves pour les élèves, ainsi que la création des ordres de mission et des états de frais des enseignants désignés pour les corrections et jurys, gestion par Chorus DT. Qualifications - acquisition des connaissances transversales aux services (titres, évaluation) en s'appuyant sur les collègues en poste (compagnonnage) ; - spécialisation progressive sur certains dossiers, en relation avec les agents expérimentés.
