Job Requirements

  • Título profesional en Derecho.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional relevante.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (oral y escrito).
  • Experiencia sólida en redacción, negociación y análisis de contratos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interacción con equipos multidisciplinarios y clientes.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y con alto nivel de detalle.
  • Enfoque proactivo para identificar soluciones legales ante nuevas necesidades del negocio.
  • Habilidad para desenvolverse en entornos de trabajo dinámicos y de ritmo acelerado.
  • Experiencia previa en áreas legales internas (in-house).
  • Conocimientos en derecho contractual internacional o asuntos legales transfronterizos.

Role Description The Law Offices of Jeffrey Glassman is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Intake Specialist to join our New Client Team. In this position, you will have full responsibility for handling and screening all intakes for all practice areas as well as follow-on contact to secure leads. - Serves as the client's primary point of contact for the first 60 days of engagement, including helping the client get to necessary medical care. - Coordinating repair of the client’s vehicle if damaged and documenting the property damage through repair estimates, photographs, and video. - Coordinating recorded statements of witnesses. - Coordinating site inspections with expert witnesses. - Communicating with law enforcement. - Communicating with insurance companies. - Retrieving police reports and other investigative materials. - Placing the health insurance company on notice. - Notifying the potential defendant of the claim to obtain insurance information and preserve evidence. - Opening files in the case management system involving data entry. - Working closely with the Paralegal, Attorney, Medical Providers, and the Referral Sources to obtain complete copies of files and documentation needed to properly open and evaluate cases. - Conducting and maintaining review information for all former and current clients.
