• Send ID checks and client care letters via our e-verification system (Legl) • Troubleshoot client issues and review verification results • Certify ID for clients using paper-based checks • Learn what qualifies as valid ID and source of funds documentation • Open and manage new legal files in LEAP • Ensure compliance requirements are completed accurately • Support both consultants and the internal legal team • Help onboard new consultants and provide professional, friendly support • Build strong working relationships across the business • Respond to queries by email, phone, or Teams • Collaborate with teammates to manage priorities and meet deadlines

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across outbound, inbound, events, referrals, and strategic account research. • Identify and engage high-potential prospects through thoughtful, personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person channels. • Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, urgency, decision process, and fit for our services. • Partner closely with Account Executives & Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion. • Maintain clean, disciplined pipeline hygiene in the CRM, including accurate notes, next steps, and forecasting inputs. • Build repeatable outbound playbooks by testing messaging, personas, sequences, and market segments. • Bring structured feedback from prospects back to the team to help sharpen our positioning and product experience.

• Be our on-screen voice for Family legal content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube • Break down complex legal topics into clear, engaging, and shareable content • React to Family news, trends, and real-world scenarios with smart, fast takes • Collaborate with our content team on ideas, scripts, and formats • Help to develop repeatable content series that scale • Build a recognizable voice and perspective in the legal space • Work closely with our editor to shape final output and performance
