• Research and identify high-value subreddits for each product based on audience fit, community health, and posting norms • Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy that aligns with Reddit culture and community expectations • Build karma and establish credibility within relevant communities through consistent, value-driven participation • Exercise sound judgment on when to post, when to engage in comments, and when to observe • Measure and report on performance without relying on methods that signal promotional intent • Monitor subreddit rules and moderator behavior proactively to maintain standing across communities • Adapt voice, tone, and approach per subreddit — what performs in one community may be unwelcome in another
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience driving product or brand growth through Reddit — with results and examples to back it up
- Strong command of Reddit culture, community dynamics, and what separates content that gains traction from content that gets flagged
- Ability to craft posts and comments that read as genuine contributions, not marketing material
- Clear understanding of how to build a sustainable Reddit presence without tactics that carry long-term risk
- Familiarity with how community rules, mod culture, and platform behavior vary significantly across subreddits
- Experience in fitness, productivity, or self-improvement communities on Reddit (Nice-to-Have)
