Role Description Placé.e sous la responsabilité du chef d'unité et de son adjoint, au sein d'une équipe dynamique de 4 agents, dont le coeur de mission est le suivi des opérations de renouvellement urbain et la mise en oeuvre des politiques territoriales de l'habitat, vous êtes plus particulièrement en charge du financement des opérations du Nouveau Programme National de Renouvellement Urbain (NPNRU). - Suivi opérationnel et financier des projets NPNRU par Angers, Saumur et Cholet jusqu'en 2032. - Évolution possible des missions vers de nouvelles politiques de l'habitat. - Assurer le suivi des conventions de renouvellement urbain. - Assistance des maîtres d'ouvrage pour les avenants et ajustements mineurs des conventions. - Organiser et garantir la qualité technique et réglementaire du travail. - Assister les maîtres d'ouvrage dans les processus réglementaires définis par l'ANRU. - Veiller au respect du planning et des échéances contractuelles. - Contribuer à la préparation des revues de projet et à la rédaction des notes pour le préfet. - Assister à toutes rencontres sur les sujets liés au renouvellement urbain. - Collaborer étroitement avec le/la chef de l'unité sur divers sujets. - Travailler avec de nombreux partenaires internes et externes. Qualifications - Intérêt pour le domaine de l'habitat et du renouvellement urbain. - Intérêt pour les aspects financiers et techniques, connaissance des politiques publiques. - Aptitude à travailler en équipe et en réseau multi-acteurs. - Reconnu.e pour vos qualités relationnelles. - Organisé.e avec capacité à appréhender les projets dans leur globalité. - Maîtrise des outils informatiques, idéalement le logiciel d'instruction IODA. - Compétences rédactionnelles sur différents types de support (notes, fiches, rapport, convention, diaporama). Requirements - La non connaissance de l'outil IODA ne doit pas être un frein à votre candidature. - Des formations en interne et à l'école du renouvellement urbain seront possibles.

• Coordinates care operations, care model, & workflow design in alignment with the Risant Health Organization (RHO) & Kaiser Permanente (KP) care delivery strategy. • Contextualizes workflows & care delivery guidelines in pluralistic healthcare environments. • Serves as a resource specialist/consultant on care delivery strategies. • Executes care delivery strategy across the enterprise. • Engages with Risant Member Organization operations leaders to deploy and evaluate key care delivery initiatives. • Conducts on-site assessments across the RHO continuum for observation of effective implementation of care delivery strategies.

Qualifications - 0-2 years of experience in an operations role, preferably with exposure to working with CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom. - Exhibit an ability to drive consistent enhancement by identifying root causes. - Possess the aptitude to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Strong written communication skills are a must. - Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets will be advantageous.
