Role Description La commission interministérielle pour le logement des populations immigrées (CILPI) est placée sous la présidence du délégué interministériel pour l'hébergement et à l'accès au logement. Elle a pour mission de programmer, piloter, déployer et évaluer le plan de traitement des foyers de travailleurs migrants (PTFTM) et leur transformation en résidences sociales. Dans le contexte d'accélération du plan et de modernisation du parc, la CILPI contribue à l'amélioration durable des conditions de logement des publics précaires, à la sécurisation des montages économiques et à la cohérence de l'action interministérielle. Sous l'autorité de la déléguée générale de la CILPI, le/la chef(fe) de projet participe au pilotage stratégique et opérationnel du PTFTM.
