Overview Opening available for Senior Implementation Engineer - Multiple Positions at Cotiviti, Inc. in South Jordan, UT Responsibilities Responsible for post-sales implementation of Cotiviti healthcare data management platform solutions. Work with customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on purchased Cotiviti products and solutions. Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and communicate with the client directly to develop an implementation plan for configuring purchased Cotiviti solutions into the clients’ existing systems. Define sizing using customer workload for transactions and users. Make recommendations in collaboration with the Implementation Architect/Technical Project Management team to formulate the architecture, plan and modify product configurations, develop the implementation strategy and operational plan to meet customer needs. Install, upgrade, and configure Cotiviti products. Integrate Cotiviti products with other software assets/processes and provide technical support to clients and other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoot issues and diagnose bugs with solutions performance. Coordinate with other Client Services, Product, and Development team members to meet development and configuration milestones, developing guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, etc. to meet the client’s requirements. Implement monitoring solutions to ensure smooth flow of healthcare data transactions. Provide software and client-specific training and develop training documentation based on current standards, regulatory requirements and client needs. Mentor and train internal teams on Cotiviti products and customer custom components. 75% domestic travel required to unanticipated customer sites throughout the US for post-sales implementation activities. Travel expenses will be paid by employer. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related. Five (5) years of progressive experience as a software developer or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related and three (3) years of experience as a software developer or a related occupation in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience. Work experience to include: Two (2) years of experience developing and deploying Java or Middleware based applications using technologies such as WMBI, IBM Websphere, TIBCO Business works, Web Method, AquaLogic Oracle web logic, Oracle Glassfish, Oracle JCaps, or related technologies; Two (2) years of experience using software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall, agile-scrum in developing products and IT applications; Two (2) years of experience using software engineering tools for configuration management, defect tracking, unit testing, build and deployment; Two (2) years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping, and EDI analysis. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. Telecommuting available anywhere in the U.S. Company headquarters located at 10701 South River Front Pkwy, Suite 200, South Jordan, UT 84095. Base compensation ranges from at least $144,602. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
