The role sits at the intersection of business, marketing, product, and data, and offers a unique opportunity to work across teams and influence strategic outcomes. Responsibilities - Own and grow a portfolio of global publisher and society partnerships, with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion - Identify growth opportunities across service mix, website performance, paid marketing, and customer experience - Track and analyze partnership performance using Power BI and Google Analytics (GA4) and convert insights into actionable growth plans - Work closely with partners to solve business and marketing challenges through data-driven solutions and CACTUS’ service offerings - Drive improvements in website traffic, user journey, and conversion rates through continuous testing and optimization - Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and BI teams to execute initiatives and deliver partner objectives - Ensure timely execution of projects, maintain strong partner relationships, and support new business and account growth opportunities Qualifications and Prerequisites - Atleast 5 years of experience business growth roles in sectors like e-commerce, D2C growth or a similar role - Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI - Strong understanding of digital ecosystems such as website development, marketing funnels, analytics, and content - Sharp business and marketing acumen with a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders - High ownership, action-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach Application Process Before applying, please ensure you meet the role requirements listed above and have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is advertised.
