PRINCIPIA
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interviews, assessment exercises/group activities, and feedback). • Align job profiles with hiring managers and ensure they meet the area's needs. • Use various talent attraction channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals). • Conduct individual and group interviews, in person or online. • Administer technical and behavioral assessments/tests when necessary. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and selection practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and competency-based assessment.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and decision-making ability.

Senior Contract Analyst If you are highly detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to do work that directly supports customers and business performance, this role may be a strong fit. The Senior Contract Analyst plays a key role on the Pricing & Eligibility team by helping ensure customer pricing and membership data are accurate, compliant, and implemented on time. This position supports important business priorities by managing complex contract and pricing activity, reducing risk, and helping the company meet customer and supplier expectations.
