• Contribute to the development of Splash’s web and gaming-based music tools, improving usability and scalability. • Work across the full stack - frontend (React, TypeScript), backend (Python, Node.js), and databases. • Learn and apply AI-powered development tools to optimize coding efficiency and problem-solving. • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and security. • Assist with UX/UI improvements, making our products more intuitive and engaging. • Work closely with senior engineers to implement product features while also taking ownership of independent tasks. • Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in software engineering, gaming, and AI-driven development. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to test, provide feedback, and enhance our products. • Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to level up your skills.
• Understand consumer needs and ensure that the elements developed by the team will contribute to player satisfaction and enjoyment. • Work closely with the Lead Game Designer to ideate, design and plan new game content and features based on player feedback and data. • Collaborate with other developers and designers to bring gameplay to life, including prototyping and refining features. • Review and balance game economies for sustainability, engagement, and monetisation. • General troubleshooting with technical aspects. • Remain current on industry trends.
• Drive discovery and listens for Splash mixes and music experiences across platforms • Execute creative, high-impact digital marketing experiments and campaigns • Find and engage in communities across Reddit, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and more • Partner with creators, influencers, and tastemakers to amplify our presence • Help run or support paid media efforts (e.g. TikTok, Meta) to boost traction • Craft content and engagement loops that draw users in and keep them hooked • Revitalize existing social media platforms and build out new growth paths • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute strategic growth sprints • Set goals, track performance, and apply learnings in real-time • Play an integral role in shaping our brand presence and cultural visibility
• Design and develop intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences for Splash’s music tools across web and gaming. • Work closely with designers to bring wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to life using modern front-end technologies. • Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks. • Optimize UI performance, ensuring smooth animations, interactions, and scalability across devices. • Use AI-powered design and development tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve the user journey. • Stay up to date with UI/UX best practices, design trends, and emerging front-end technologies. • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to test, iterate, and refine features based on user feedback. • Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate design quality.
• Design and implement ML algorithms to enhance music creation tools and solve various user problems in line with product goals • Identify and implement off-the-shelf ML and AI tools to solve practical problems efficiently • Understand the requirements of running models in production, including domain shift testing, QA, A/B testing and so on • Maintain production-ready code with considerations for how solutions fit the product and enhance the user experience • Build scalable, maintainable data pipelines to handle audio and other unstructured data • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of ML solutions into production systems • Evaluate, deploy, and fine-tune pre-trained models for tasks like audio analysis, melody generation, and process automation • Uphold ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness and responsible AI use in music-related applications

• Analyze product performance, surface insights, and drive smarter decisions across web and gaming experiences • Work with product leaders, engineers, and designers to interpret user behavior, build dashboards, and track product performance • Help detect bugs, uncover odd behaviors, and suggest improvements • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Build and maintain product dashboards using BI tools like Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms • Analyze user funnels, retention, monetization, and engagement trends across web and gaming products • Troubleshoot bugs, behavioral anomalies, and data inconsistencies; help explain why things happen and propose fixes for future bug mitigation • Work with limited or partial data and develop creative workarounds to measure key metrics • Support the product and engineering teams with insights to inform roadmaps, experiments, and design decisions • Identify gaps and opportunities in how we understand user behavior and product vision • Help shape how we collect, visualize, and report on product data and business metrics • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve our data pipelines, tagging strategies, and analytics frameworks • Focus on speed and delivery; we move fast, release updates weekly if not daily.
