Information Designer – Sales Enablement
Helpware
• Design sales and enablement materials, including presentations, proposals, case studies, playbooks, and educational content • Turn complex ideas into clear, well-structured slides and visual stories • Create supporting visuals such as infographics, charts, diagrams, and image-based layouts • Work within existing brand guidelines, templates, and design systems, and help refine them when needed • Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Proposal Strategy, and Brand Design • Update and improve designs based on feedback, quickly and thoughtfully • Occasionally support simple video editing tasks, such as basic cuts or adding captions
Job Requirements
- Experience in presentation design, information design, or graphic design
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Experience designing presentations, infographics, and sales materials
- Ability to work with existing brand guidelines rather than build a brand from scratch
- Comfortable working with feedback, deadlines, and cross-functional teams
- Relevant portfolio samples, especially presentation design work, are required.

What will you be doing? - The GM SMB Gateways team is focused on scaling Circana’s impact with small and mid-sized manufacturers through a one to‑ many‑ engagement model, enabling growth through broad-based outreach, targeted campaigns, and client success at scale. - We are seeking a Senior Manager, Client Sales & Insights to play a pivotal role in supporting client success, scaled engagement, and outreach initiatives across the GM SMB Gateways business. This role is deeply client-centered and highly collaborative, partnering cross-‑functionally with Sales Enablement, Business Development, Marketing, and sector teams to drive awareness, adoption, and expansion of Circana’s solutions to Gateway-only clients. - The ideal candidate brings broad fluency across Circana’s data and solution portfolio — from Gateways to Market Measurement to Custom Solutions — and the ability to translate that breadth into compelling, targeted value propositions for different client audiences. - This is a client-facing role with a strong mix of strategy, execution, and influence. - This role will span client success, sales engagement, targeted outreach and campaign development partnering with sales enablement, business development and marketing. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
