THE POSITION: Product Enhancements - Design and implement enhancements to core SaaS product offerings - Execute project plans efficiently, predictably, and on schedule - Develop and maintain web application features across multiple layers: - Business Layer: Microsoft .NET (C#, VB.NET), Web Services/APIs (JSON, SOAP, XML) - Presentation Layer: ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, MVC, CSS - Data Layer: MySQL and SQL Server, including stored procedures - Build and maintain APIs and integrations for: - Email systems - Notification services - Quoting systems - Additional third-party software and platforms - Perform development and unit testing - Create deployment scripts to migrate enhancements across SaaS environments - Maintain clean, well-documented code in source control (Git) Bug Fixes & Support - Work assigned items from the project tracking system - Investigate and scope reported issues to determine root cause - Implement, test, and deploy fixes to production issues - Document all fixes and changes in source control Continuous Improvement - Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management - Share best practices and industry standards learned from other SaaS organizations - Participate in the evaluation and prioritization of enhancement requests Required Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field - 4+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications using Microsoft .NET (VB.NET and/or C#) - Experience with ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, MVC, and CSS - Practical experience with MySQL and/or SQL Server, including stored procedures - Experience creating and consuming APIs/Web Services (SOAP/XML) - Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred) - Strong debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills across environments - Remote/telecommuting position WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY? - Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Short- and Long-Term Disability - Competitive Salary - Paid Time Off (PTO) - 401(k) with Company Match Learn more about us and our products here: https://www.doubleasolutions.net/portfolio/ Meet our team here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7XvJFiraa4

Role Description Sous l'autorité de la sous-directrice vous serez à la tête de la mission de l'électrification rurale composée de 5 à 6 agents pour gérer le dispositif des aides au financement des travaux d'électrification sur le territoire rural, qui représente 75% du territoire national, Outre-mer compris. Ce dispositif évolue fortement au regard de l'enjeu grandissant que représente le service de distribution publique d'électricité pour la transition énergétique. - Vous assurerez le fonctionnement du subventionnement des collectivités bénéficiaires et la gestion comptable de la mission en partage avec une équipe de comptabilité rattachée à une autre sous-direction. - Vous entretiendrez un partenariat soutenu avec les collectivités locales concédantes de la distribution d'électricité, bénéficiaires des aides, et avec la fédération qui les regroupe, avec les gestionnaires de réseau et vous collaborerez avec les ministères compétents dans les domaines des comptes publics, de la planification de l'urbanisme et des collectivités. - Vous animerez une organisation nationale qui est compétente pour l'électrification rurale. - Vous aurez la responsabilité de la bonne marche et de l'évolution d'un système d'information autonome (SI-Facé), en partage avec une équipe d'informaticiens rattachée à une autre direction ministérielle. - Le SI-Facé dont l'utilisation est commune avec les bénéficiaires et l'équipe comptable occupe dorénavant une place stratégique dans la conduite de la mission. - Le positionnement du chef de mission est susceptible d'évoluer au sein de la sous-direction du système électrique et des énergies renouvelables en fonction des éventuelles orientations stratégiques qui seront prises sur le dispositif. Qualifications - Vous êtes un cadre de la fonction publique ou équivalent. - Vous avez une expérience du pilotage en autonomie d’un dispositif dynamique. - Vous avez une expérience de management et vous appréciez le travail en équipe. - Vous êtes apte à créer des synergies de groupe. - Vous avez des compétences relationnelles et êtes en mesure de développer avec aisance des échanges dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire. - Vous avez une expérience dans le domaine budgétaire ou celui de la comptabilité publique ou bien vous faites preuve d'une grande rigueur et êtes prêt à vous former. - Vous avez des connaissances sur l'organisation institutionnelle de la distribution d'électricité, sur le fonctionnement des réseaux électriques et des solutions favorisant la transition énergétique. - Vous avez des connaissances sur l'organisation des collectivités locales et des partenariats intercommunaux au regard de l'investissement local ou à défaut vous êtes prêt à améliorer votre connaissance de ces aspects. - Vous avez des notions de politique publique et de légistique. - L'intérêt que vous pouvez porter sur le développement de solutions numériques pour la gestion, le traitement de données, la communication et la représentation cartographique sera apprécié.
