Honesty – Reliability – Curiosity – Collaboration - Passion About the role and what you'll be doing: As Vice President, Solution Delivery Architecture within Ensono’s Global Onboarding and Migration team, you will serve as an executive technology leader and trusted advisor responsible for shaping and leading large‑scale and multi‑year transformation programs spanning legacy platforms, data centers, private cloud, and public cloud ecosystems. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology architecture, and executive decision‑making—partnering closely with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders to drive measurable outcomes, long‑term value, and platform resilience. Architecture & Solution Accountability - Define and champion target‑state infrastructure and cloud architectures across hybrid and multi‑cloud environments, aligned to client business objectives and long‑term transformation strategies. - Provide architectural leadership and governance across solution design, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient platforms spanning legacy, private cloud, and public cloud ecosystems. - Oversee the development of detailed solutions and implementation designs that guide engineering, build, migration, and operational transition activities. - Lead and direct delivery and implementation teams responsible for executing the approved target‑state architecture across the full infrastructure stack. - Serve as the senior authority for architectural decisions, design trade‑offs, and delivery alignment throughout multi‑year transformation programs. - Deliver solution on time and on budget. Required Qualifications - Experience: 15+ years of progressive IT experience, including significant experience in senior architecture, consulting, or technology leadership roles; demonstrated executive‑level client engagement. - Technical Expertise: Deep expertise across public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), private cloud, virtualization, enterprise networking, storage (SAN/NAS), security, and identity management. - Enterprise Architecture: Strong command of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and experience operating within complex enterprise environments. - Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead senior teams, influence executive stakeholders, and drive consensus across business and technical leaders. - Consulting Excellence: Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills; ability to bridge technical depth with business strategy. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Preferred Certifications - TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) - AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert - VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) or Nutanix Certified Master – Multicloud Infrastructure (NCM‑MCI) - Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) - Relevant Master's Degree Why Ensono?
