• Design and build agentic AI workflows that automate multi-step processes and decision flows • Prototype AI agents that interact with internal systems, data sources, and tools • Rapidly develop agents based on the backlog established by each department • Test and iterate on AI solutions to evaluate feasibility and impact • Support build of AI monitoring agents that detect anomalies, misuse, and operational risks in deployed AI workflows • Build lightweight applications and AI workflows using modern AI tools and APIs • Collaborate with AI engineers to transition validated prototypes into production solutions • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks

• Partnering with other solution architects, engineering, product and business teams • Understanding their strategies and technical needs and helping define high-value solutions • Dynamically engaging with developers, scientific researchers, and data scientists, gaining experience across a range of technical areas • Strategically partnering with lighthouse customers and industry-specific solution partners targeting our computing platform • Working closely with customers to help them adopt and build creative solutions using NVIDIA technology and MLOps solutions • Analyzing performance and power efficiency of AI inference workloads on Kubernetes • Some travel to conferences and customers may be required (20%)

• Collaborate with Pre Sales teams to identify, qualify and drive revenue opportunities at Enterprise accounts - net new and install motions • Build meaningful relationships with and serve as a trusted advisor to a prospect or customer’s technical teams • Own the technical evaluation process showcasing customer-centric value within the context of the customer's unique requirements, workflows, and business process needs • Translate the value of Airtable’s tooling into the language of the customer • Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously, proactively communicating with stakeholders and prioritizing effectively • Consult with credibility, bringing a well-rounded and unique perspective with hands-on cross-functional experience—i.e., direct experience in marketing, program/project management, consulting, operations, etc. • Inform the product team and ultimately the product roadmap with meaningful market potential findings • Represent Airtable in every engagement with the utmost care

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud environments • Translate business and technical requirements into effective cloud architecture solutions • Support cloud migration efforts, including planning, data transfer, and workload refactoring • Manage and optimize AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation) • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability (targeting 99.999% uptime) • Implement security controls, compliance frameworks, and monitoring solutions • Collaborate with developers and data engineers to integrate applications and cloud services • Automate infrastructure and processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures • Perform system patching, upgrades, and continuous monitoring • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution • Contribute to Agile development cycles, including planning, troubleshooting, and deployment
