• Own end-to-end data modeling for assigned business domains • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt and Airflow • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams • Develop scalable abstractions and frameworks • Design and deliver dashboards and visualization layers

• Own, operate, and maintain the architecture and infrastructure of our data stack (e.g. BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran) • Ensure that the data we need to understand and serve our stakeholders is available, accurate, and accessible • Partner with GTM, Self-Serve, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps (and other stakeholders) to understand their data needs and identify places where the analytics stack can improve on what they’re doing • Become the go-to expert on our data pipeline, data tools, and what our data means • Create data processes and standard operating procedures that leverage AI agent skills and rules • Create and own best practices for version control, documentation, testing, and other data-related areas

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable data marts and transformation processes • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements • Develop and optimize data models and schemas to ensure data is stored efficiently and can be retrieved and analyzed quickly • Implement ETL processes and frameworks to transform raw data from multiple sources into structured formats suitable for analysis • Work closely with our internal Data, Architecture, and DevOps teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of data systems • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, and look for opportunities for continuous improvement • Implement data quality checks and testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

The purpose of the Supervisor, Analytics Reporting position is to actively monitor and report on the performance of models in production. In addition, to coach and support a team in developing an increased knowledge of the systems and internal methodologies. Knowledge and Skills: - Possess knowledge of the auto lending industry and related analytical tools - Ability to apply analytical skills to solve problems creatively - Act promptly and effectively when assigned tasks - Communicate complex information to others in a way they can understand - Work well with others in a team environment - Be proactive and make recommendations as opportunities arise - Be self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, etc. - preferred) - 5+ years professional experience with SAS, SQL, R, Python or other statistical programming language (SAS/SQL highly preferred) - 3+ years of recent experience creating reports, reviewing for trends, and performing deep dive analysis in an analytical tool or in a business intelligence setting - 2+ years of recent experience leading or mentoring an analytics team - Experience developing reporting to monitor predictive models - Ability to work on multiple competing priorities - Experience achieving objectives with minimal supervision - Strong analytical problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy - Experience mentoring or providing guidance to less senior team members - Apply analytical skills to solve problems creatively - Ability to extract and manipulate large data sets - Communicate complex information to others in a way they can understand - Demonstrated ability to work on projects with broad requirements Preferred: - 3+ years’ experience in auto lending analytics - Recent small company experience.
