Duties and Responsibilities: This individual performs security assessments, evaluates system architectures for vulnerabilities, supports POA&M remediation activities, and provides technical documentation demonstrating compliance with FISMA, NIST RMF, and DHS Trusted Internet Connection requirements. The Analyst works alongside ISSOs, system engineers, and the O&M contractor to embed security into every phase of the engineering lifecycle. Key responsibilities include evaluating proposed designs against TSA’s Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) standards, conducting risk analyses for new capabilities entering the TSA environment, and providing security engineering inputs to system design and architecture documentation.
