Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating assigned projects to ensure objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget parameters. This role partners cross‑functionally to support operational needs, improve processes, and ensure effective communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives - Develop, maintain, and update project timelines, work plans, and resource requirements - Establish staffing plans for each phase of the project and coordinate cross‑functional support - Monitor project progress, review status reports, and adjust schedules or plans as needed - Proactively communicate project updates, risks, and milestones across departments and organizational levels - Document, analyze, and improve processes to address critical business issues - Coordinate project activities with government or regulatory agencies when applicable Operational & Administrative Support - Create professional presentations for operators, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) - Organize account support needs and assist with account openings - Create and manage media content for assigned accounts - Facilitate new hire onboarding activities - Plan and coordinate regional meetings, both virtual and in‑person - Process donation requests in accordance with company guidelines - Support special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required - 1–3 years of project management or related experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to define, manage, and execute change initiatives - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to balance competing priorities with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset - Remote position based in Northeast region with ability to travel as needed for occasional regional meetings, in person collaboration, and special projects Apply to Morrison Healthcare today!
