Litigation Paralegal

• Manage the full discovery process, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests, coordinating document productions, and maintaining privilege logs. • Provide comprehensive litigation support including legal research, deposition preparation, trial preparation, and post-trial filings. • Oversee matter and case management, including organizing case files, maintaining litigation calendars, and tracking deadlines. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate handling of litigation matters. • Maintain and organize litigation records, filings, and correspondence in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle discovery and case management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools; experience with litigation support software and document management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Role Description Support legal operations, case management, and document preparation to advance Milestone’s delivery of principled, client-centered legal services.
