• Manage the Growth Lead’s inbox, including prioritizing messages, organizing threads, and drafting thoughtful outreach and follow-up emails while learning With Coverage’s tone and communication standards • Handle high-volume email correspondence with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders • Coordinate and manage projects related to growth initiatives, ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables are met • Prospect and identify target leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP) using LinkedIn and other tools • Assist with setting up and executing email campaigns, outbound sequences, and event invitations • Maintain and update lead data, inbox workflows, and task tracking in HubSpot and internal systems • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment on prospecting goals, outreach timelines, and growth priorities • Support additional growth initiatives such as event planning, warm referral tracking, and recruiting support, while maintaining accurate reporting and KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in heavy inbox and email management, ideally supporting an executive or growth/sales leader
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially in drafting clear, professional outreach emails
  • Prior experience in prospecting, lead generation, sales operations, or growth marketing is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured processes
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with remote teams
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with a fast-scaling Series A startup
