• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making. • Develop, train, and validate statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems and improve operational performance. • Apply advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, classification, clustering, and forecasting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Perform data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for modeling and analysis. • Design and conduct experiments and A/B tests to evaluate model performance and business impact. • Communicate insights and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations. • Work with data engineers and ML engineers to deploy models and integrate analytical solutions into production environments. • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support business intelligence and reporting needs. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper documentation of analytical processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or statistical modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and database technologies such as SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries.
- Experience with data manipulation, data wrangling, and exploratory data analysis.
- Knowledge of machine learning model evaluation, feature engineering, and experimentation techniques.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
