Primary Responsibilities: - Endpoint Imaging: Architect and maintain enterprise-wide Windows imaging solutions using MECM and Autopilot - Desktop Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows desktop environments - Troubleshooting: Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve desktop-related issues efficiently - Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of desktop configurations, processes, and procedures - Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of desktop systems. The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: - Experience: - 5+ years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or a related field - Experience working in offshore or geographically distributed teams - Technical Skills: - Solid hands-on experience utilizing MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), including Windows imaging and OS deployment activities - Extensive troubleshooting experience related to: - Windows OS - OS deployments - Application issues - Hardware diversity across enterprise environment - Practical experience supporting Windows Autopilot, including troubleshooting deployment workflows and handling hybrid or cloud-native deployment models - Knowledge of Autopilot/Intune, including enrollment, policies, profiles, and deployment best practices - Solid understanding of Windows OS internals (kernel, registry, services, drivers, processes, etc.) - Proficiency in Microsoft Intune Windows Device Management - Proven ability to handle complex troubleshooting issues across the environment which is a critical success factor for the role - Automation: Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation - Security: Foundational understanding of Windows security technologies, i.e policy, encryption, authentication, network security - Analytical Skills: Proven excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting Windows OS, OS deployment and Application issues across diverse hardware and user environments - Communication: Proven solid verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience developing and maintaining Windows Imaging in MECM - Experience with DEX tools for troubleshooting endpoint issues - Experience working in a Microsoft centric environment (O365, M365) - Experience working in a large endpoint environment over 50k - Experience working in a highly regulated industry i.e. Insurance, Healthcare, Banking At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone. • Bridge the gap between high-level go-to-market strategy and ground-level execution • Owner of revenue forecasting, Clari systems, and pipeline health • Oversee operational projects, advising Sales Leaders and executives • Ensure internal cadenced revenue operations • Monitor and report on the health of the sales pipeline • Partner directly with the CRO and revenue leadership

• Serve as the primary translator between performance marketing and the data team — scoping requests, writing clear briefs, managing timelines, and QA-ing outputs • Prioritize the analytics backlog in partnership with the VP of Marketing and Director of Performance • Communicate findings, needs, and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Maintain and continuously improve our internal attribution model, ensuring it accurately reflects the patient acquisition journey • Audit data inputs, identify gaps, and work with the data team to ensure model integrity over time • Translate attribution outputs into actionable channel-level insights for the performance marketing team • Design and own Solace's incrementality measurement framework, including holdout group methodology, test design, and statistical rigor • Partner with channel owners to run ongoing lift tests that validate true channel contribution • Develop standards and documentation so holdout testing becomes a repeatable, scalable practice across the team • Build toward a Marketing Mix Model that gives leadership clear visibility into how budget allocation drives outcomes across channels and geographies • Partner with the data team on data pipeline requirements, model architecture, and validation approaches • Help define the analytical roadmap for marketing measurement as Solace scales
