• Onboarding estructurado de nuevos usuarios: Acompañar al cliente desde su primera interacción con nuestro CRM, garantizando una implementación fluida y una rápida adopción. • Parametrización del software: Configurar cuentas, operaciones, flujos de trabajo y demás módulos del sistema de acuerdo con la realidad y las necesidades del cliente. • Implementación de procesos y capacitaciones: Planificar y facilitar sesiones de formación funcionales, asegurando que los usuarios comprendan y utilicen correctamente las herramientas. • Gestión de proyectos de implementación: Liderar cronogramas y entregas, asegurando la calidad y el cumplimiento de los plazos. • Relación continua con los clientes: Realizar reuniones de seguimiento para monitorear avances, resolver dudas y mantener una comunicación activa y de confianza. • Apoyo operativo y resolución de problemas: Ser el punto de contacto para cuestiones funcionales y operativas del cliente, actuando con agilidad y empatía. • Demostraciones y presentaciones: Realizar demos adaptadas al contexto del cliente, destacando beneficios y buenas prácticas de uso. • Consultoría y área comercial: Responsable de emitir y dar seguimiento a propuestas comerciales dirigidas a clientes después de la demostración del CRM. • Alimentación y actualización del CRM interno. • Garantizar la entrega de valor: Ser el guardián de la experiencia del cliente, asegurando que el producto cumpla su propósito y genere resultados concretos para su negocio.

Job Requirements

  • Formación en áreas relacionadas con procesos de negocio, como Agronomía, Administración, Ingeniería de Producción, Sistemas de Información o afines, con conocimiento en gestión de procesos y familiaridad con rutinas comerciales, especialmente en el contexto de venta de insumos.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo: Habilidad para conducir proyectos de implementación, coordinar entregas y mantener el alineamiento entre equipos técnicos y clientes.
  • Perfil disciplinado y orientado a la ejecución: Persona organizada, con sentido de responsabilidad, enfoque en resultados y actitud proactiva.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes: Disposición para acompañar implementaciones o capacitaciones presenciales cuando sea necesario (eventualmente).
  • Perfil relacional y consultivo: Capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas y actuar como socio estratégico del cliente.
  • Comunicación clara y objetiva: Facilidad para traducir temas técnicos en un lenguaje comprensible y empático.
  • Resiliencia y adaptabilidad: Capacidad para enfrentar desafíos, adaptarse a cambios y mantener el foco en la entrega de valor.
  • Visión estratégica y orientación al cliente: Enfoque en resultados medibles, experiencia del usuario y éxito a largo plazo.
