About the Role Join our team as a Scheduling & Workflow Administrator, supporting clients by organizing structured vacation planning timelines and coordinating detailed workflow processes in a remote environment. In this role you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for vacations by organizing scheduling timelines, coordinating reservations, and ensuring itinerary components are clearly documented and easy to follow. Many vacation plans include multiple confirmations, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and scheduled experiences. Your role will focus on maintaining organized planning systems so each part of the process progresses smoothly. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines efficiently are essential in this position. You will assist with verifying reservation details, organizing itinerary updates, and maintaining clear documentation so that all planning information remains accurate and accessible. Monitoring timelines and following up on outstanding items helps ensure vacation plans stay on track. This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, scheduling coordination, and maintaining structured systems. Training is provided. Qualifications Required Qualifications - Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD - Expert-level knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server). - Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM for OS deployment and application packaging. - Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation. - Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security principles. - Hands-on experience in OS image creation and lifecycle management. - Proven track record in packaging and deploying Windows applications in an enterprise environment. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance. - Must be a US Citizen. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Role Description The Utility Analyst provides contract management and operational support for customer new service installation agreements in support of the New Business organization.
